Gauge Pro has a laboratory of metrology (MG France) to realise the calibration, the control, the checking and the maintenance of the master, setting gauges and gauges for dimensional checks.

The environmental conditions within the laboratory are controlled by powerful air-conditioning systems ensuring a temperature of 20° ± 0,5° and a humidity less than 65%. This control of the surrounding conditions is essential to obtain reliable measurements and for the protection against corrosion of the materials, equipment and master gauges used for the control of our products.

Since October 2001, our laboratory has been accredited by COFRAC under the reference 2-1439 (details of our accreditation available on request) and is proof of it’s competence with regard to gauge certification and dimensional control.

	C Type Measurement Units	This range is particularly suited to the control of small or large diameters with very high accuracy. They can be equipped with various types of jaws for the control of smooth surfaces (plain, threaded, splined etc)
	EASY	The “Easy” equipment enables the control of the effective diameters on internal threads, splined profiles, special grooves and other profiles as required.
	Table POLYTEST	A table for the control of internal and external diameters with various supports. A full range of jaws are available to cover all applications.
	Revolving Headstock	The equipment is to control the concentricity and reference face of parts by clamping and rotating them.
	Universal Modular Table	This table enables the measurement of height, length, circularity, concentricity… by a combination of accessories assembled onto the “T” slots and various readout devices.
